Ordered Christmas gift for grandson in November (rollup piano). It was defective.
Had to jump thru hoops including sending a video of him trying to play it. They have assured me since then they would send a replacement.
That's been for the last 3 months. Always the same excuse "looking into it"

I purchased Piano from this company..But piano screen does not display very well so i try to get hold of someone by calling each had to wait 54 minuets in ends call would drop automatically and i email 4 times which i got answer after 1week saying we can give you $50 let me what you like to do email us back i emailed them back right way explaining product i purchased was for $97 not $50 that was one week ago and still did not heard from them .. this company is scam if you are here to see reviews please don’t purchase anything from this company this is not hassle free at all they don’t respect their customer at all im going to report to BBA
