Poor warranty system

Sent an item back for warranty repair .. spoke with repair centre .informed me item faulty and it's back to music tribe ..

that's the last I heard off it . Never to be seen again . How do I tell a 10 year old that the guitar tuner he paid for isn't coming back .

Needless to say it's cost £100 to replace it with a boss item .. the same 10 year old will never buy one of the music tribe group of companies every again .

Dreadful company, treats its customers like *** AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bought a wah-wah pedal in Feb 23, faulty within 7 weeks. Sent it for repair.

Five months later, they finally respond to report product is irreparable. Request a refund in July 2023. Seven months later, still no refund, despite countless emails. The 'Customer Quality' team keeps putting barriers in the way, proposing I accept a replacement.

Behringer, in all its channels, is a scam company.

They take your money, send you faulty products, then obfuscate continuously until you give up. AVOID BEHRINGER IN ALL ITS FORMS!!!

NOTHING HAPPENED> Just an endless circle always taking me back from email based authentication to registration and back again and back again and back again. FINALLY, you send me to website asking for 5 buckis.

You can't be serious. I've never seen anything so lousy IN MY LIFE and I've been on the web since 1995.

Received a RMA number to send console in for repairs - then was told to hold off on sending - started in March 2023 - sent several emails to get update on when to send out no one has responded- no phone number to call - worst customer service- never buy another product from them

My Turbosound IP3000 stopped working

Contains 2 confidential files for company representatives

We have a 2 pc band. While playing last weekend the Turbosound IP 3000 totally stopped working.

No sound whatsoever. We really need this fixed.I would hope this problem can be resolved.

We had the volume set at 6 so way below the maximum that this IP3000 should handle. Please help.

My Turbosound IP3000 stopped working

My phone number is 715-560-****. I hope someone will call me or provide a phone call I can call to resolve my problem with the Turbosound ip3000.

I need this fixed so I can continue playing my jobs with this. If I dont get results I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
