Resolved: Bird Low Island
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. As compensation of the delay Low Island send me also the first two albums for free.
Send a email directly to Low Island and asked of the status of my order. The rest is history.
Quick reaction and good advise. After i had contacted Low Island directly they informed me that they will sent me a new cd. So far so good.

I pre-ordered an album in September. The album came out October 16th.
Expected delivery was Nov 9th it is now December 8th and my order is still not here. I was lied to several times about it being processing.
I will never order anything from Music Glue ever again. Just a terrible expierence all around.

Impossible to get a hold of, also all of their products you need to order a size or two up

I've ordered several T-shirts from the iron maiden store that used this company. I unfortunately had to return an item I mistakenly ordered, it is wrong size.
Nobody returns my emails, and the sizes run very small.
I am an extra large and the shirt says extra large but would actually probably be considered between a medium and a large... They must get so much business they don't care...

CD came cracked case damaged. Was pushed off from music glue to the original vendor who allegedly sent out another copy awaiting now.
