Terrible Thief! I was charged for $22 without any reason!
After I receive bank notice, I wrote email to their support team immediately and provide my account email to them. The account has no paid service in dashboard and they told me I might have other accounts with their paid service. I am 100% percent sure that I never used their service. They told me they cannot help me refund the fee unless I provide the correct account email address.
At that time, I really do not remember other email address because it has been at least 1 year that I did not log in their website. I checked their newsletter with other email accounts, and finally I located the account. When I try to log in, it told me to verify the account with the email address, in order to see what the dashboard say, I verified email address and see this account was indeed charged WITHOUT my authorization. I have NEVER purchased paid service and have not logged in for at least one year, how come could they charge my credit card without any reason?
The support staff did not give me prompt response for 3-4 days, although I told them it is URGENT!
1) First, It is their burden of proof that this is properly charged. In case I do not remember which email address is connected with this account, they shall provide the account address in connection with their unauthorized charge. But they tried to run away in case people forgot account email. I registered account merely for purpose to receive newsletter as a free member, NOT to use their service!
They DO NEED to PROVE their charge is legitimate! But they push the burden on the account holder.
2) Second, after I provide them with correct account address, they never replied although I have resent my emails.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I can't believe 3 days before the concert, our hotel and transfers were cancelled!!! Something about going to 2024.
I don't want to deal with this again. I want a complete refund.
