I had been paying for over a year his monthly online subscription for using online nutritional calculators. It turns out that I tried to stop my subscription and I thought, it is not going to matter what time of the month if I have paid the whole month already right? Well having 20 days left of the month, I was not able to use anymore. So, I wrote him asking to let me use the calculator for the rest of the month as I had paid for it, or at least a refund. He refused. He just offered a refund if i joined back again??? Then turned to be really rude and unprofessional. Never going back.
