I purchased a coaching program through muscle and fitness. I did not receive it and have left several emails with no reply.

At this point I just want a refund but I cannot get anyone to reply to my emails and there are no phone numbers to try to reach anyone for assistance. So very disappointing from a fitness company I have followed for years.

I emailed them over a week ago - no response.

Renewed our magazines months ago, and have not received a single issue since, even though they received our money (was deposited).

Muscle and Fitness competition, need full refund of warrior votes rules wasnt clearly stated and misleading which caused me to lose quarter finals and I need all my hard earned money back from the warrior votes

Could never talk to anyone about why I haven't received my subscription or how I can order againNone

I have not got my may, June, July magazine my name J brown 9230 e 52 street Kansas City mo 64133

I called in to do a change of address and was told that the magazine no longer exists. It was changed to Men's Journal.

However, I never received the new magazine. I was also told they cannot find my account.

I have paid for 5 more years of Muscle & Fitness and no one can help me. No one at customer service speaks English or was helpful.

Never received my magazines. I paid in full for a year bcc with Amazon sydneyjewelrybox@***.com

Dad called me that I received a bill at their home. They live about an hour away from me and moved there a few years ago.

I am in my 30's and have not lived with my parents in over a decade, so it is not clear how M&F magazine got that address. The invoice was also a threat to send me to collections for a past due amount. Now, I have never ordered or received M&F magazine, and my parents have also not received this magazine. There is no way to call this company and can only email.

They have been unresponsive. It's seems like a scam to me.

Received an "Early Warning Notice" from NSA relating to a magazine subscription to Muscle and Fitness that I did not renew (it lapsed months before the letter was received). The notice said it had two puroposes:

1) To verify that payment has not been received by this letter date for the subscription ordered from our client.

2) To give me the opportinuty to resolve this matter, before it goes any further.

It also indicated it was an attempt to collect a debt. All in all, a threat

I tried contacting the numbers listed on the notice multiple times but was never able to get past the "please hold for the next available operator" notice - even after waiting over 20 minutes.

The publication I let lapse (MUSCLE AND FITNESS) does not make a customer service number available (only an email address) to verify if the debt is real.

I have filed a complaint with my state Attorney General regarding this company, and would recommend everyone do so to finaly put a stop to their extortion tactics.

I would also think this company works against the magazine publishers as they create such a negative perception of their companyies as well.
