No phone contact to call. Sent 40 emails to them they send back same response do you neee size replacement. No need refund its fraud and so unhappy

Sent back one item in my order it was received by you according to tracking that I have sent over in one of the 40 emails i have sent over. I am not going away from this issue!

Do not purchase from them They will not send refund There is no phone contact there is no hope of them answering my 40 emails I get back a form response same response 40 times that a can do a size replacement The Extra wide sneakers were narrow, need a refund???? Please spread the information to not do business with them.

No one from customer service has contacted me by email or by phone, even though I have provided my email address and cell phone number in each email.

My requests for their phone number have been ignored, and their 'responses' to my emails have been generic and auto-generated. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and their unwillingness to resolve this issue!

I have written them any times. They respond with the same generic letter.

and no information. after my last stern letter , the send an address but no info on a refund or no prepaid label for return.I contacted the Better Business Bureau . This company did not respond to them.

I am next contacting The Illinois Attorney General office and the FTC. My advice is do not buy from this company

Did not send info on how to return shoes. Stalled with fake emails til 30 day limit was up.

no communication since . My aunt who is 96 bought htese shoe. Did not fit. She began rightb away to ask *** to return.

She got 3-4 emails with the exact same message "They hoped all was ok with her order as they wanted to keep customers satisfied." Our emails have been getting stronger and stronger to thm with no reply. It is now over the 30 days and they haveb not replied in several weeks. Cannot noy find a phone numb er. Shoes made inChina.

But they might have a California address. cant find th whole address.

We want her kmonewy back . we will return the shoes.
