A Murphy's Corporate Lodging associate (Amber) provided me with excellent assistance in helping me to find an apartment to rent for the weekends of August 19 and September 30, 2017 in Millennium Six Pines, located in The Woodlands, TX. I experienced no surprises, no disappointments, Period.
In fact, the total experience turned out to be better than what I expected.
The service provided was top-notch, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, and the cleanliness of the units I rented met my high standards. I highly recommend Murphy's Corporate Lodging to all my friends and co-workers, whether your need is for one night, one month, or one year.
- I received what i expected to receive

Do not rent with this company! They are horrible not just unethical but vile.
Murphys Corporate Lodging
They have unethical business practices and they tend to get away with it because it is "corporate housing" and most of us who stay there don't pay from our pockets.
Here are two things you must be aware of if you plan to rent through them:
1) They charge a daily rate and not a nightly rate - This is how it breaks up: You pay your daily rate times the number of days you stay in a month, e.g. let's say that you stayed for 20 days and instead of checking out by noon of the 21st day, you are required to check out by MIDNIGHT of the 20th DAY. Another granular level example is let's say you stay with them for ONE day, then you are supposed to check in by 3 pm and check out by midnight of the same day! Has anyone faced this issue staying at any hotel/motel or any hospitality establishment?
2) Their end of the year billing process is set up in a way that they charge your credit card before the beginning of the year however their invoice date will still be 1st of Jan. This is a trick their accounts receivables team deploys to draw in cash for the year. In my specific example, they charged my credit card on 30th of Dec, whereas my payment was due on 1st Jan and even the invoice I got was dated 1st of Jan. I assume that they charged all their customers in similar fashion. So, in effect they illegally pulled in their one month's revenue in Dec of 2011. The question is how can a company charge you before the due date and give you an incorrect receipt/invoice with a different date?
The girls who work for this company are polite and prompt but it's someone up in the food chain, who makes these unethical business decisions, just to cut some corners to make some extra bucks. I am not sure if I can report them to the authorities but if you have any knowledge please do write to me at random.explorer1 @ gmail
