I am writing to inform you about an unusual charge on my credit card statement. The charge is for a service that I did not use and did not want to renew. I don't remember the email I used when signing up for the service. The charge was made through NCB and the transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID 130******** I did not authorize this charge and I would like it to be immediately refunded to my account. In addition, I would like to cancel any further charges or renewals for this service. Please let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this issue and prevent any future unauthorized charges. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
