Can't get any help after purchasing a Tarus Gun at Murdochs.It does not take the caliber of aminution that the salesman said it would. He took the gun back the next day.
- - Gun won't take ammo it was told to use.
- - They won't accept a return of $379.88.
- - Unhappy with the handling; may stop shopping at Murdochs.
The next day he returned to the store with the gun, because it does not take the amunition that he was told it would take, so we cannot use it for the reason we purchased it. But after spending 379.88.
They refuse to take it back. It was put back in the box just as he recieved it. The only thing he did after getting it home is look at it and try to put in the amunition that he wanted to use in it. It did not fit.
It has not been used in anyway. He wants to purchase a correct gun that will do as the salesman said it would do. Now he has a gun he cannot use the way he was told he could and just wants to return it for one that will take the ammo he has. He and I are really unhappy with the handling of this purchase.
We spend alot of money there and they will not return the gun that they told us would work as we need.
This is ridiculous.
There must be someone that has some common sense that can fix this situation at Murdochs store. If not we will no longer shop there.Never trust the salesman at Murdochs or their customer service department.
