Simple scanning task unachievable
All I wanted to do was create a multi-page PDF scan. Which should be a very simple task. Yet after 15 minutes of trying I was not successful. If a company can not create a product which is intuitive to use, especially for simple tasks, then the product is junk. In my view, Muratec copiers are junk.
OK, so this site wants a minimum 100 word complaint. Why can't this site let life be simple and straightforward? I suppose my complaint is worth repeating:

A PDF scan is different from an email, no?
This is a Muratec MFX-C2828 copier.
Some clarification is required. This task is only difficult if you are trying to create a multi-page scan on the glass. For example if you are scanning pages out of a book. If you are using the feeder this is dead simple. The correct procedure if scanning manually on the glass is:
1) SELECT EMAIL ADDRESS
2) SELECT “SCAN SETTINGS”
3) PRESS “SEPARATE SCAN” BUTTON ON LOWER RIGHT SIDE OF SCREEN. DO NOT USE THE MULTI-PAGE ICON (because that would be too easy).
4) SCAN YOUR PAGES.
5) PRESS “FINISH” BUTTON ON SCREEN
6) PRESS “START” BUTTON ON BUTTON PANEL TO SEND THE EMAIL
