No refund or replacement, very poor treatment by management

I purchased a wallpaper mural from these people. When my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the ink and paper came off. When I called the company, the "sales manager", Dan, was rude, condescending, arrogant, and abusive to both me and my installer. They offered no refund or no replacement. Their instructions say different things in different places, so they have an "easy out", and refuse to offer you any help. The misleading instructions are very easy to misinterpret. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They don't care about their customers! If you need wallpaper or wallpaper products, go elsewhere, or regret it!
