My order could not go through check please

The current Canadian store only has one replacement part, and it's for a product I've never even seen in store. I don't understand why they don't get replacement parts for their weighted straw cup and the 360 cup since those are so popular.

So I had got the munchkin swing as a baby shower gift from my father. My son was just born January 5 for this year .
And Ive literally just used 5 times since my son was born and the usb cable box stopped working so I purchased another one but now the swing turns on but it dont swing itll just do one swing and a 031 code would pop up. I would really appreciate if you could get back to me asap.
