Product not working
I got it for a gift I threw the box away. I needed to use it, plugged it in and it wouldnt heat up.
I would like a replacement. The customer service people were very friendly.

Two weeks ago I spoke with a clerk concerning my problem. She was suppose to send me an E-mail so I CAN return pictures and vidéo Of the baby chair trouble. I did not receive thé E-mail .

My order could not go through check please
MTried to order item from registry it said it accepted it. However, no number order from this.
Later had email to put in all my info I gave to registry and it couldn't take my visa card.

I cannot find a blower motor or inducer motor . The boiler is a T50M .

They just said that the business hours for Friday was 0800-****. I called in between those hours.
My product is not working. I ordered a mirror that is supposed to light up and it doesnt light up.

The installation instructions are written in alien!! Weve installed PLENTY of things from closet organizers to cabinets, bookcases and chairs.
This is BEYOND ridiculous to comprehend and install!!
Id NEVER buy their product(s) again! The only reason we did: cost effective and it was supposed to be pressure mount (it is NOT)

Balançoire brisée
j'ai reçu en cadeau votre balançoire en avril dernier, ma fille est née fin mai donc on l'utilise depuis moins de 4 mois et elle ne fonctionne deja plus!!! est-ce normal? j'en fait une utilisation occasionnelle donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi elle a cessé de fonctionner
la musique fonctionne encore ses vraiment le mode "swing" qui est brisé

Need replacement parts
The rep processed an order of replacement parts for the weighted straw cup and the cool cats cup and is sending them out free of charge. They don't sell replacement parts for these cups in Canada, but due to increased demand they are "looking into it".
The current Canadian store only has one replacement part, and it's for a product I've never even seen in store. I don't understand why they don't get replacement parts for their weighted straw cup and the 360 cup since those are so popular.

Sippy cups
I purchased these Sippy cups which water is not suppose to come out. Water leaks out of the two cups which I was not happy with them.
I can return these cups to you and you can send me another set.

Products not working
So I had got the munchkin swing as a baby shower gift from my father. My son was just born January 5 for this year .
And Ive literally just used 5 times since my son was born and the usb cable box stopped working so I purchased another one but now the swing turns on but it dont swing itll just do one swing and a 031 code would pop up. I would really appreciate if you could get back to me asap.

Defective swing
Our swing turns off after 1 second. It is less than six months old. Have been trying to reach customer service and get no answer.
