Mumm Napa Wine Club

Signed up for their Premier Wine Club. The advertised perks for this level of club membership are two complimentary passes for two for a reserve tasting and a coupon for 50% off of 6 bottles of wine. I signed up in Sept. 2012 and although have paid for Sept., Nov and February shipments, have still not received the associated complimentary perks. Several emails to the concierge and phone calls to management have not been returned. They said they would mail the items out and still not received. False advertising. I am dropping the club level and hope others do also until they deliver what they advertise.
