Terrible Website
- - Applied for a Multiverse apprenticeship and began a data course.
- - Content was dry and the website had issues hindering progress; I was phased out.
I applied for an apprenticeship with multiverse and was beginning a course in data whilst also beginning employment at the same time. Unfortunately, I found soon the content was very dry and not put forward clearly.
The website had a some major issues which hindered my progress and prevented me from using it. Ultimately, I was unable to continue due to these issues and was phased out of the program.
The approach to learning was somewhat chaotic, with a lot of people all booked in one room. I was however impressed by what little communication I had with the team.
- Caring people
- Lack of support
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Not perfect, but not beyond redemption
