Go elsewhere

Original review updated May 24, 2025
I recently had a very bad experience at a Multicare walk-in clinic. I received indifferent and incompetent care when I was very sick, so I wrote a review on Google Maps.

Somebody responded saying that a manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me.
I contacted them via their online service. I was told to call their complaint line. I did so and explained my situation in detail, they asked many questions then did absolutely nothing to follow up.

I've written them two snail-mail letters, and again received no response whatsoever.
Last night I got a phone call from a robot saying, "we have tried multiple times to contact you" Bullshot they did!

Their only attempts at contact have been increasingly nasty efforts to collect money for a service they failed to provide.
I thought I just had a poor health care provider, but the truth is the rot goes all the way to the core. Ain't nobody in the entire organization gives a fig about the quality of service they provide.

I wish I had known this sooner. I made an appt.

online they cancelled it without a call and we showed up.

then they registered us took my license and my kids medical card and the next morning called me to "register" because she said we did NOT do it. I hung up looking for a better medical center!!!

Medical Malpractice complaint

AI Highlights
  • - Visited a Multicare Sumner doctor.
  • - The Spanaway doctor Alexander Lee prescribed autism meds; the user says he is crooked and should be sued.

So I recently went to the doctor today at multicare Sumner. and I shared a recent medical report dated 14 years ago.

And my doctor in Sumner took exception and disagreed with the idea of what The doctor in Spanaway Washington doctor Alexander Lee did by prescribing medications for my autism.

I think that guy doesn't know what the *** he's doing and I think that he's a crooked doctor and I think that he deserves to be sued. But if i do it in 2019 it would be statute of limitations and overall that doctor right there is a disgrace and I agree with my doctor more here in Sumner.

Reason of review:
Poor customer service
