Pot without information
Impossible to email as it will not accept any postal codes, dates or months. Found it hard to find customer service telephone number, then after ten minutes wait on hold presumed the operator had went on lunch break. Feel thats half an hour of my life Ill never get back.

Ive just put a six pack of yoghurts from Tescos for the yoghurts have the coloured label and theres two was just a silver label no indication what they are ?

Delivery didn't arrive

The company would be better if they used quality control. This isn't the first complaint I should have made: cracks in the pots. But I was just wondering if I could send this back to your company or get in touch with consumer rights.

Problem with packaging
I received two Muller yoghurts delivered by my local supermarket to find the adhesive that retains the foil lids was not sufficient and subsequently had allowed air to spoil the contents.
Trying to contact this company is impossible.
The online complaints form is difficult and time consuming and at the end of completing it it failed to send.

I purchased muller corner strawberry shortcake x3 and milk chocolate digestive x 3.
The strawberry ones have black lumps in the yoghurt and I am unable to eat them. The pack is dated 21 Nov.

Bought pack 6 red berry mix yogurts all pots only had a few teaspoons of yogurt in them nowhere near 140g stated. Purchase at Tesco port talbot Thursday afternoon exp8 Feb code on top of the carton pot was A35

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent £4 in vouchers which i think was pretty poor tried to say it was a stalk because my husband had disposed of it with out knowing si all i had was a picture but it definitely was a maggot

Rude drivers
Delivery driver shouted at me in my local shop demanding me to move my car which wasn't in his way...he refused to drive into delivery bay as he couldn't drive the lorry properly. Twice now a delivery driver has been unprofessional and rude.
