I finally called a store to seek support. Either the call to the store or my persistent emailing (over 2months) finally resolved the issue.

I returned an item and did not receive my refund. Every time I contact them (they communicate via email), they say the item was refunded and it’ll take 5 days to enter my account.
I sent the item back 6 weeks ago.
I have bought and returned items since then with no problems. I would like my refund since Muji has the item; my tracking showed it was returned to the dock.

The assumption is that you will be able to pick up the phone anytime they happen to try to call you. Absurd!

When putting mujitv download link in "downloader" in firetv the link did not work and does not have the option to click on "apps from unknown sources"
