Mugs Across America

I have a freight brokerage business and I have bought advertising from Mugs Across America for over 15 years and I have never had a problem with them. Each year I I order approx 11 ads in 11 locations in Naples and in Bonita Springs, FL.

My rep brings me samples when the mugs are finished and it usually takes them about 4 to 5 weeks to sell all the ad spaces, send out the ad proofs and get them printed. I just want to let folks know that this is a very reputable company that does the advertising mugs and beer glasses in Hundreds of restaurants in other states all over the country in fact.

Stay away from moms across America!

Three months after they promised us the mugs we still did not have them. We went with another company.

The sales person called and threatened my staff and showed up at my back door stating I was taking away his livelihood.

Very unprofessional. Still trying to bully us into the program.

Salesperson came by shop saying she was a rep for Mugs across America and sold us a $300 advertising space on a large tea glass that was going to be the glass of choice at one of our top restaurants in town. Stated they had a 1 year contract that they would use these glasses.

Purchased in Oct of 14 being told that they glasses would be in use by end of the year. Spoke to the salesperson several times on her phone and she said they were just running behind a few weeks. Nothing ever happened. She took our money and never did follow through with our advertising.

If your also having similar issues please contact us. We have filed charges on the salesperson and looking into charges on the company.

I ordered advertisement on their mugs. The demos were terrible.

The graphic designer was in another state. He seemed to have no clue. It was very frustrating dealing with him because of his arrogance. He was angry being criticized so he placed a number of bad reviews against me, professionally without telling me.

When I realized thins, I contacted corporate. They told me these were tone removed. I just discovered another one. I just send them an email, and they did not respond.

I am about to files suit for slander.

They do not keep their promise. It is almost impossible to get in touch with them.
