I would like a replacement puzzle of the same 500-piece puzzle of the Butterflies of North America. A few of the pieces at the bottom of the frame don't connect.

I quit working on the puzzle. I was really interested in working on this puzzle and was disappointed in having to quit it.

I am a nature photographer and have a beautiful collection of butterfly photos from all over the world and was looking forward to putting this puzzle together. Thanks, Jane Karlsberg

I have emailed & asked for an update and gotten no response. Also you cant call them.
