Charles Mudd and Associates is by far the worst firm that I have dealt with. He should be investigated by the bar association.

He is a con artist and he does not provide the work he was paid to do. He will take all your money and not render or provide services. He is only concerned with receiving payment. He is rude and arrogant.

He overbills and does not provide clear invoices.

He was contracted to represent a defamation case. He initially sent an associate to the court case with the perception that they would perform the work that is a lie. Ho overbilled and doubled billed his invoices and then he has his wife harass you for payment.

The most troubling issue is that they ask for a very sizeable retainer at the beginning of your case, yet they claim that they dont work off a retainer. They refused to return the retainer yet they still billed me and refused to do any work.

Exactly what the title says. He submits fake positive reviews to make him and his law firm look good.

Do not be fooled. This is not a man that has ethics. His ethics are in question. If you google his name you will find many positive reviews.

I do not know how many are true. many are false and in fact he is really good at filing suit against people to get them removed from websites.

he spends lots of time defending his own reputation and that is why he most likely works in the area of law that he does. he will not work hard for you like he does for himself.

In NO way can I recommend you hire Charles Mudd Jr as your attorney. While I cannot get into specifics because he will file litigation against me in an attempt to silence the truth, what I write is the TRUTH, 100% the TRUTH.

Charles is a good salesman – picture the slicked back hair of the used car manager. He will tell you all the right things. He will make you feel comfortable. You will want to work with him.

You will pay him a large retainer. Once Charles has your retainer – you paid for Charles, but you don’t get Charles. He passes you off to one of his Associates. Whom is slightly better than completely incompetent?

The person has less than five years’ experience. What can you expect? Not the fault of the person. Once Charles has your retainer part two – now expect delays.

Delays that are within the control of your attorney. He has every reason when you finally get him on the phone but I cannot help to think he is padding his billable hours. AND Charles never forgets his billable hours. A one minute phone call or even a return call when he leaves a message for you gets charged at the minimum rate.

Snake in the grass – he has a way of making you think he is out for your best interest. When in fact he is only out for the interest of himself at the cost of your retainer, monthly bill and whatever settlement you thought you might get to recover.

Bottom line is do not consider this attorney. I implore you to seek other, more qualified council.
