I have been playing at your casino quit often these last 90 days. Now when i went last friday to recive the gift i was told i did not qualify.
So i asked the lady at the rewards center what they base the gift give away on her answer to me was how much i have played in the last 90 days now i have lost a lot of money in the last 90 days and my girlfriend who has only been there 2 or 3 times in the last 90 days recived the free gift and $20 in free play i only got $7 in free play. So you reward those who only play once in a while compared to those that play frequently .
I really dont understand? So i guess i will only be coming to your casino 2 or 3 times every few months.
