I bought the mini power bank from muama. The power switch does not work to shut off the light. Therefore the device runs out of power unless I recharge it. No one answers the phone in customer servic.

AI Highlights
  • - The company could answer their phone.
  • - No refund address and incomplete pamphlet directions; the reviewer says the product was discontinued.

The company could answer their phone. I really should get my money back but there is no address to send it to.

The directions are not complete in the little pamphlet. I think they discontinued this product and are continuing to sell it as a scam.

User's recommendation: Do NOT buy the muama mini power bank or anything from muama.
