No Customer Service from MTM Special Ops
MTM watches are all hype with no substance, cheap battery, for a high dollar watch. replacement battery has an extremely short life span.
The first time I went to the jewelers to have the battery replace, he commented how cheaply the movement was made...... Totally NOT worth the money.... the only thing I like about it is the look.... Once I changed the battery, it became NON water restraint (not willing to spend the dollars to have it resealed).
BTW the replacement lithium battery is about 2 bucks, that should tell you about the quality of this over hyped watch.....
I bought the high dollar Titanium version. If they could make a reasonably priced version of this watch MTM would go out of business, Google MTM, all you would get is their propaganda and not the consumer's POV....

I had a one year old MTM I took into combat. When back in country I called MTM about a frayed band.
No matter what I said did not seen to phase them.
They were disrespectful and could care about my issue. No I will Never buy another watch from this wannabe company!
