Had to cancel appointment.
I waited a month and fasted for a very important procedure and they were 30 minutes late, so I missed my appointment and now I have to wait another month and a half for the next available appointment.

Sometimes they are good and sometimes like today they are horrible. Now my chid's therapist cancelled so she will see her on Thursday.
Easy fix, correct? Wrong. I didn't receive a text that they cancelled. At 1pm I get a text that a driver is here.
Called MTM again to cancel the trip, the rep claims she did. Still no text of cancelled trip. Another text at 3pm, the driver is here to pick us up. I called MTM again and got a rude rep.
She's rude, her tone of voice has now changed and is getting loud. While on the phone, I received a text saying, click the link because my drop off location has changed! The rep is yelling telling me that she cancelled the trip. But clearly she didn't!
The driver told me he couldn't do it from his app so he asked me if I could, so I called them unprofessional people.
I don't want to get the driver in trouble when it is MTM dispatchers fault. I hate calling that call center!

While I am thankful for the ability to get mileage reimbursement, it comes at a price, my sanity! I have had to go round and round with this company to get paid.
I've had so much frustration having to argue, repeat myself over and over again and file a grievance to get paid for a long trip that they and their app messed up! Then I had to go back to get a signed paper proof, I was only paid for half a trip! They lie to you and I've even had my doctor's office moved miles closer to me (yeah right!). I've been cheated on mileage and even not paid for trips I set up and had signed papers for!
I won't use the app anymore now and forget trying to talk to the IT department. That call was over an hour long, telling my problem to two different people before being told I needed to talk to the IT guys. I said I thought that's who I was transferred to and was told no. Never did get to talk to these people.
Not sure they even exist!
I'd like to see what they bill the state and see if they don't bill for trips I set up and then keep that extra money! I wouldn't be surprised!

I called to make a complaint about Lyft and how they left me there at a doctors appointment last week and I got confused because I called earlier and got it switched to a different provider got out of the shower and so it was left again, so I called and the lady I talked to was laughing at me and thought it was funny so now Im making a complaint about the person and I want the person fired. Thats not how you deal with somebody with a complaint. if I had a car and I could drive, I wouldnt have to use MTM the worst customer service ever.

MTM does not reimburse for random, illegitimate reasons. The drivers are not timely or reliable.
MTM is not a legitimate company.
They are a sham so medicaid can say they offer a service or reimbursement they don't offer.
Don't even bother with trying to use MTM transportation service. They don't want to help and they won't.

Finally got IT on the phone. I was told they don't show any errors and there isn't an IT person for the app.
Scared to call in an appointment because it never hears my responses. They need corresponding numbers to push
I've made several calls just to fix things they didn't do correctly. They either don't listen or don't know how to correctly input the information given to them.
They didn't send my payee his card out for a week after I signed up. They are supposed to send it out that day. Then they said it could take 10 business days for him to get it. He's super upset.
I called a complaint line and she said to keep trying because she got told all lines are busy, and didn't help me beyond that.
The app and website make me plan a trip all the way to confirm, then tells me to call in. I also tried to call about app problems. It always tells me they are closed and their hours. Every time I called was during business hours.

Horrible!!
This company is deplorable! Im currently in a wheelchair and rely Heavily on transportation to physical therapy so I can resume walking.
These people consistently leave me without a ride and hang up on me!
I have tried to speak with supervisors, managers, anyone in charge and I get hung up on. Unprofessional, unreliable, inconsistent, just plain ***

Terrible Company
My disabled mother has had rides scheduled for crucial medical appointments and no one shows up. They don't even have the courtesy to call or text and say no ride is on its' way so she has a chance to find an alternative.
When you call to complain you get a run around and put on hold. The supervisor was rude and not helpful at all. She just stated they can't guarantee rides. The main function of the company is to schedule rides, and they can't even get that right.
This company or Veyo also in the past has had drivers say they picked my mom up and charged her Medicaid insurance but didn't actually pick her up. Very fraudulent if you ask me.

Horrible management and account executives
They do not care about the riders. Their so called account executives are the most incompetent people.
Stay away. Change your insurance to UPMC so you can deal with CTS instead

Agents Over speak you will not comply with your request do not pick you up in the front of the building they want you to go to the back in muddy area. They will not send you to a supervisor they rather put you on hold for 10 minutes plus so that she end up calling back to confirm that she made appointment.

It hasn't been resolved
Management is horrible and the way they treat the members is downright terrible. A lot of customers have been complaining about missing their appointments or being stranded for 2-3 hours at their doctor's office. The reason being is because recently MTM bought out Legacy-Veyo. We have a system called Reveal and it's used to schedule, cancel, reschedule, or activate the return rides and management would disable the system reveal so they can transfer all of Legacy-Veyo information into MTM system during operation hours when members need to get to and from their appointments.
Basically playing with people's lives.
Some have dialysis or chemotherapy or some may need to get home to take their medications. That company needs to be shut down period

On June 22,2023 I had an appointment with my PCP at 10:00 am and booked a ride a couple of weeks ahead of time with my non emergency company
My driver showed up at 9:55 for a 10.00 appointment. Where I was going was 15 minutes so I decided I may be a little late but perhaps they would take me.
Well, that didnt happen ten minutes late and his secretary said I was too late. We rescheduled for June 26 2023.
On June 26 my rescheduled appointment was for 11:15. 11:45 and still not here I stopped waiting outside for him but he didnt show up until 11:45. He called my cell phone that hes outside waiting for me.
I told him my ride was for 11:15 crickets, meaning I didnt hear a beep out of him.
I sent him away. This is fairly close to what MTM is doing to us

Left at appointment, calling after appointment, arriving 50 minutes after scheduled pick up
My drop off driver said they were scheduled to for the return ride in 30 minutes. They never showed.
I was placed on hold over ten minutes. The next failure to pick up was on a staggered appointment. If I missed the first one then I miss the second one. It included a diagnostic needed to determine treatment.
They didnt arrive on time. I did not ride with them but a driver reported they dropped me off at 12:40. I didnt return home till near 3pm. I informed the company as much.The next one included severel calls informing them the pick up was after my appointment time.
They told me the driver will arrive at 2pm. I called them at 2:20. As another driver picked up the original called. He told me he left already.
I had been watching the security camera. I asked why didnt he call me. He said it went straight to vm. He called while I asked MTM for a ride.
I got wore when I didnt receive a return ride text. They said theyll be there in 20 minutes. I called again. It was another 40 minutes.
It started off nice. Then my booked ride request said pending.
