My day-to-day experience on the Q41 bus is usually disappointing. Every morning the Q41 bus kept delaying going from 3 minutes delay to 5 minutes delay to some times 20 minutes.
Adding to that the Q41 bus is usually overcrowded in the morning. Which causes me to be even more late because I can't fit in the bus.
Now I have to wait on the other bus, and obviously it will take 20 minutes to arrive. The Q41 service needs substantial improvement in punctuality and passenger comfort to be considered a reliable mode of transportation.

The bus schedule for the Q41 is always wrong. ON 11/10/23, THE Q41 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT ARCHER/SUPTHIN BLVD AT 07:27HRS, I WAITED FOR THE PAST 07:27HRS AND WAS AMAZED WHEN THE UPDATE FOR THE Q41 SHOWED THAT THE SAME BUS SCHEDULED TO BE AT 07:27 WAS RESCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT 08:00. I DID NOT IF THAT NEW TIME HAD CHANGED BECAUSE I GOT FED UP AND LEFT.

I work in the school system in Saint Helen's Catholic Academy I wait for the bus every day if the light turns green the bus driver will not stop and ride right by and he sees me sitting right by the bus stop does it all the time *** me off why is he a city driver when he's not doing his City Job
Preferred solution: Would like them stop at the bus stop when you waiting for them and not worry about the green light whether it comes and goes I'm standing there for 20 minutes not nice
