I've gotten the black RAMs after picking them up a day later... so they were in stock in the end.Everything I have experienced was super unnecessary..
IMO I should have gotten some store credit or discount or whatever.. as that would have been the only way to get me to buy something ever again from them.Don't get me wrong..
I did buy not only the ram but I had an order over 4k,, so I was expecting to get treated a bit better as we are really huge supporters in these bad times...I did get a code for Starfield even though I bought my stuff a day or two before the promotion started but I had to ask for it ofc.It is done for me now but would like them to know that it is all about customer service as there are plenty more choices out there..The only reason I bought everything from them was that they had the best RAM "in stock".. so I just bought everything there on a weekend to pick it up Mondays
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I've gotten the black RAMs after picking them up a day later... so they were in stock in the end.
I make it simple... You are selling XPG black RAM and they simply don't exist..
Someone already explained to me you already ordered all wrong.. You have only white ones... So instead of showing the black ones as sold out or not in stock.. you are just selling white ones...
And trying to bring them back they tell me it is a different product as on the invoice... are you kidding me??? This is actually a scam and you can't do this... I ordered them online and when picked them up in Balcatta they just simply did not say one word about this and just gave them out with the hope people don't realise...
like SERIOUSLY?? I bought a 4090 Strix and a Strix motherboard with this in black...are you seriously thinking I am going to take the cheapest components out of my PC and just stay with something that looks like a joke... I paid 5k for my PC and I want everything matched in colours... would you buy a brand new car with a different coloured door???
I went to the Belmont store trying to give it back.. first, they said they can't do it because they are different stores.. with umart or whatever... I don't know and I don't care...
You are msy and whatever complications you have with your business are not the customer's problem... my problem should be easily solved... I am literally thinking to tell a consumer report because this whole situation cost me a day.. a missed day of work and no one really could help me or even wanted...
Every time I deal with some in a MSY store they are so unfriendly and don't want to deal with anything... Balcatta is just super unfriendly.. even tried being nice and just get the shortest answers with no eye contact... and then this with the ram...
what a joke of a business store. WIll never ever go back to MSY and will recommend different stores over media (because this is what I do).
I btw got told in Belmont store to purchase another one so they can give me that out and take the other one back for a refund... did just that and then he told me they are all white... so we cancelled the whole thing that took me 20minutes at the store to do already...
and then I was there for litterly 1 hour trying to thin what to do./.. like no help.. just whatever... this is so bad as a business..
especially since you did it to someone who seriously cares about customer service as a business myself... and I won't accept that because as I said I bought (WITH PROOF) 2 times black ram and got white ones now...
so I took them back and said I order somewhere where they actually have stock and not trying to scam their customers with false information... Then I have to drive back to whatever store AGAIN to bring the sticks back I've got now... just sell them as white...
you can't just give me a different product... and then tell me it is not the same as what I bought...
Please send me an email with an answer on this because I am very keen to tell the consumer report what you are doing...
you are just messing up so many people s orders for no reason.. NO ONE WANTS THEM IF THEY DON'T ORDER THEM!!!
