Poor quality product
- Tried to cancel next day; was told it was en route.
- Tracking number appeared next day and lingered five days.
- The case was cheap; avoid it.
I wanted to cancel the very next day I ordered the phone case and was told I couldn't. That it was en route, which was a lie.
The tracking number was slapped on it the next day to make it appear it had left the company premises. That tracking number lingered for five days at their warehouse before actually getting mailed.
Once it arrived, it confirmed what I thought: cheap case! Stay away!

- Paid $40-50 for a case and expected it to last; the ring is now useless.

If I pay $40-50 for a phone case, I certainly expect it to last more than 4 months. Wouldn't you?
Over the years, I have purchased several phone cases with rings from many different vendors and literally NONE of them have broken.
This one did though. The ring is useless now. I am not rough with it and only use it to prop up my phone, so this is unacceptable & I definitely consider these iPhone cases to be very, very LOW QUALITY and definitely do not match the $40-50 price point! What a waste of money.
I reached out to their customer service also and gave them a chance to make the situation right and they refused.
Citing their 14-day return policy and they do not have a defective policy, so basically, they insure their cases to last 14 days. If it fails or breaks after that it is your problem.

The first time I ordered from this place I got my phone case and it was beautiful. This last time ordered and I never got my order and they stopped replying.

Deceitful phone case company
- Wrong phone case from mspurity.com.
- Discount code sale policy blocks returns; price $42.36.
- Satisfaction guaranteed claim is false.
Received wrong phone case from mspurity.com. Customer support says because a discount code was used (that came from their site), it made it a "sale" item.
And there are no returns on "sale" items. Nowhere does it say by using their discount code, it will void the return policy when you apply the code. The case was $42.36, so not exactly cheap.
The "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" statement is a total lie.
