MSI Credit Solutions - Credit Repair Review from Keller, Texas
I’m a very upset client that signed up in 2013 & stayed in the program of Msi credit solutions for almost two years. I recently went to try to get a vehicle and was turned down due to my credit. How can that be when I invested almost $4000 for my husband and I to get our credit fixed? Well, I have called and complaint and tried to get some partial refund due to my credit still being in bad shape but was told that is not possible. I spoke to someone who asked me to send them my new report that was pulled to compare but what is there to compare when I still have bad credit. I have not gotten any late payments or collections and even opened up a secured card to help build my own credit over a year ago. So any points my credit went up was due to me building credit for my spouse and I.
I’mwill be letting everyone know on every site I can get my hands on about them and their horrible service. I can understand if I didn’t follow the program which was mail in my results, don’t get new late payments or collections which I followed all of that and still ended up with bad credit. I guess these types of programs don’t work for everyone and maybe we were one of those few that the program didn’t work for but at least we should be entitled to some kind of refund. After doing research online about them I see there are a lot of people with the same situation as me and even found them to be a rip off which I feel like we were ripped off and now they want to tell me that I got things removed and they did their job.
I guess I will do my job as well and let everyone on social media know about them. I want to make sure people know that this doesn’t work for everyone and to sign up at your own risk. If they would have at least been honest at the beginning and let us know that we could still end up with bad credit at the end then I wouldn’t have been upset if I took that risk but I was told that this program works for everyone as long as I wasn’t falling behind. Thank you so much msi for taking my money and not admitting that you didn’t do a good job for us but now is my turn. I guess that's the reason they moved to a new location because their old address was burned from complaints. I'm beyond disappointed because I could have used the $4000 to pay things off and probably helped myself more than what Msi did for us. I
