Our flights were cancelled due to weather. We able to cancel everything except our Sphere tickets because no one will even answer the phone or return an email. We would have accepted vouchers for a return trip.

Concessions double charged
- - Concessions were overpriced and we were charged twice (11/10 and 11/11).
- - Customer service was unresponsive with no live agents or replies.
The concessions were horrible. Very high prices and we were actually charged twice...once on 11/10 and once on 11/11 (we did not attend on 11/11).
That is bad enough but I cannot get any customer service to respond, there is no live person picking up at the sphere and no return emails from guest relations. Poorly managed venue with non-existent customer service.
