Mrs.Wrightway.com Waist Trainer a Rip Off

On July 16 I purchased a waist cincher from Mrs.Wrightway.com. On July 30th I called the number to the "company" located in Atlanta, Ga. The voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. So sent an email asking how long delivery usually takes and when could I expect my cincher. Long story short they gave me the run around by emailing back and forth saying the cincher was mailed. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I was back and forth at the post office, speaking to managers, filing claims just to end up with the company refusing to speak to me directly and claiming it was sent. After doing some research I found that the company has independent distributers so there's no telling who is responsible for sending your merchandise. Beware, you may end up paying for a product only to be scammed like I was. Below are the months of email as proof. Notice how the responses stopped after I asked to speak to someone after months of emailing! Them- Thank you for your purchase with Mrs. Wrightway at http://shop.mrswrightway.com. Please take a moment to share your thoughts on the item(s) you purchased. Below each item we have provided a link to submit your rating and review. Does it usually take this long? I tried calling the phone number that was with my purchase email. I didn't get an answer and the voice mail was full. Can someone let me know when to expect my waist trainer? Thank you, Them- Tamika Wright wrote: Good Afternoon, You should have received your package. Your tracking information has been emailed to you. On Wed, Jul 30, 2014 at 4:51 PM, Tamika Wright wrote: Me- Thank you for such a prompt response. I will follow up with the post office. Me- I just spoke to my post office again and they don't have my waist trainer there and it isn't on the truck. I have checked with neighbors and non of them received it. What is the next step? My local post office stated insurance was on the item but, only the sender can file a claim for it. Please let me know what the next steps will be. Them- Ok, we will file a claim, but we won't be able to send you another one until we hear back from the post office. Do you happen to have your tracking number? Me- On Fri, Aug 1, 2014 at 3:52 PM, The tracking # is 9405 50** **93 8608 **** 24. Please let me know what they say and how long this will take. I planned on starting my waist training weeks ago. Thank you Me- Date: Fri, 8 Aug 2014 10:54:41 -0400 Hey. It's been about a week. I just wanted to touch base with you on my claim. Have any progress been made? Has your company filed the claim? Thanks Them- On Sat, Aug 30, 2014 at 12:11 PM Yes, we filed the claim and the post office responded to the claim and said that your package was delivered. Me- Yes, that was the initial response to my package, that it was delivered. But, it wasn' t delivered to me. I made sure someone was home everyday and it never came. I thought filing the claim would rectify the issue of me having paid $50 for an item that i never received. Them- Tamika Wright wrote: When you file a claim with the post office, they check into the issue. After they look into the issue, they respond. It may not always be a response in our favor especially if they do not feel like its an error on their part. Me-On Sept. 23, 2014 at 2:44 PM Is there someone who can call me in regards to my missing merchandise. I have tried rectifying this problem via email and it has been three months of back and forth emailing with no real progress.

You ordered on may 20th and commented on May 23rd and you feel you been ripped off?

#1125372

Well I personally brought mine from her store, and haven't had an issue

All of you probably will never see your waist trainers. Google Tamika Wright and Jermyn Wright and you'll find out why.

*** I thought she was legit. Nope.

You sound like a hater. Everyone knows waist trainers were in very high demand and it was a shortage.

Anybody that purchase online knows they can get their money back through PayPal if they feel delivery is taking too long.

That customer couldn't get her money back because her package showed delivered.. its that simple.

The company stole money from tax payers, it’s simple work for what you want. Everyone wants to be rich in ATL.

Do tight you get right. Mrs. Wrightway Life of a wife. The right way is to seek god and follow his direction not lean to your own.

WIC checks wow! I’m praying for your family.

No,the post office is responsible for paying for your lost office. If your item showed delivered...

How's is it the company responsibility? I also have an online business and that's not how it works

#998851

They have a store front in Atlanta. They are a real business with a lot of clientele because that's the company kandi from the housewives used when she got married

#998850

I have ordered 4 items from wrightway company and always have received my items. I'm not saying I don't believe you, but how were you been ignored when you provided a history of emails?

And the post office is responsible for refunding you your money back for a package they lost.

The company must file the claim with the post office, but if the package shows it was delivered the post office will deny the claim. Always pay through PayPal when doing business online

#989230

They did the same thing to me! The only way I was able to receive my products was because I had paid through PayPal and was able to dispute it.

After that, my items showed up. Will never use them again.

I don't even think that they are a true company. Pretty sure they are selling these items out of someone's home garage.
