Is my local MFields shut down?

The store opened over an hour late, so I was calling to be sure it hadn't closed down for good. The customer service rep was very nice and concerned as well. He noted he would contact the owner of the store, asked if I needed the number and that was it. I would have loved a call back or a discount offered but its all good!

Rude manager

I requested cookies. The cookies werent marked correctly. The manager told me it wasnt her fault and I had to pay again. I asked for the manager. She said I am the manager. I said whats your name. She said dont worry about my name. How rude and a really bad look for Mrs Fields
