I am very disappointed and feel deceived by Mr Fluffy Friend. Here is one of many of my emails to them.

I ordered the wrong size doggie bed on March 19. I emailed you 5 times on that very same day stating that I needed a small bed and not the XS. Please correct my order. You contacted me back the next day and said the item had already been shipped the previous day.
Tracking info shows that the doggie bed was shipped on 3/20, not 3/19. You lied to me.
2. I tried to call you but no phone number is available for your company.
3. We spoke about exchanging the extra small doggie bed for a small.
We had 40 emails back & forth within a 3 1/2 week time period. On 3/20 I said I would see if the XS size would work since I have a Yorkie and it just might be okay. You never told me NOT to open all the packaging or it would nullify a full refund amount.
4. You told me you were waiting for the return label and now it came email to me, 3 weeks later.
Why didnt you send that sooner? What was the delay??
5. My issue was not resolved for over 3 weeks and I finally decided I would I proceed with a return in lieu of an exchange. Now, I can after all this time, at the most, receive only 80% of my purchase money back?

On 3/19, back to that original order date, my credit card was charged $36.00 for the XS, which was fine.
On 3/20 my credit card was then charged $13.00 for the Small size.
On 3/23 the $13.00 was refunded back to my credit card. As it should have been. I was not to be charged that $13.00 since my new order had not started. Your fault.
And you would not start a new order till the XS bed has been returned and inspected.
I am 72 years old and feel like a foolish old lady.
You strung me along and I believed you to be in good faith.
I will keep the doggie bed. I will also post a review and let others know of my experience.

I ordered a medium-sized apricot Mr. Fluffy Friend dog bed recently.
I received an email that you were in the process of shipping it to me. That was several days ago. I never received it, and when I contacted your agency the other day, you could not find my order. Please help to locate it and get it to me as I lost the order #.
I paid for it on my credit card.

Bought a dog sofa bed that arrived a size down from from what I purchased and I paid for. It was obviously packaged incorrectly but their customers service is non-existent.
I have contacted them multiple times with with multiple pictures and I have received nothing from them. BUYERS BEWARE OF MYFLUFFYFRIEND
