Personnel who receive emails like to play games and harass people who stand up to them. Sent several emails asking why my product did not ship. Refuse to reply. Tell them I will file dispute, they kiss *** then continue to ignore me. OK, we will do it the hard way. My point, there is virtually no customer service of any kind. It;s been a week, still no product, response, or shipping. Took my money, and jerked me around. That is the experience with this *** poor excuse for a company. I have only just begun. What if there is a problem with the quality or shipping damage? What do you do? You get screwed, that's what. I will continue to report to others this problem so others do not get reamed like I have. The $38.00 they screwed me out of will cost them thousands when I done. *** of the earth.
