Do not order from Mr. Tod's Pie Factory
- The order did not arrive after 2 days.
- Refunds were promised but never issued.

I placed an order, expected product in 2 days, it never arrived. Called more than once, just got an answering machine, e-mailed, no response until finally I got an email back about a week later.
He said he would refund the next day; he did not. Again, no replies to my calls or e-mails. Finally got in touch through "his store?" and gave my cc# said he would refund it immediately. He STILL never did, even gave me a "confirmation #." Thankfully, my credit card company is handling the issue as I disputed the charge.
But he charged me, never sent the product and never refunded the money back when he said he would--very untrustworthy; very difficult to get in contact with. Do not order from him.
From FACEBOOK, it looks like A LOT of people have had this same problem. I wish I would have checked before ordering.

Please save yourself time and embarrassment if you want to order pies as a gift from this establishment or to compliment a special occasion because you will never receive your order and be treated like a fool by being lied to over and over about your order being shipped out.
Evicted in Somerset, way to pay your bills.
I lost $40 too. Never shipped and never refunded.
I sent an email asking about my order after a couple weeks and he asked if I was charged and I said yes and I only wanted the pies. Never got pies. Never got a refund.
Lost $40 and completely not satisfied. I get the feeling they aren't really shipping anything and all the internet orders are being pocketed.
