RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was verbally abused by Mr.
Smith for following up on a diagnosis and quote. I asked what's with the attitude and he then proceeded to call me out my name and spit insults. He said if I don't like it to take my business elsewhere. He then continued to text me and harass me after the fact.
This man needs to be out of business. I disregarded the reviews because surely no business, still in business could be that bad right? Wrong!
He's worse. Unless you enjoy verbal abuse and UNPROFESSIONALISM, do not give this man your time or money.

I had to hire another company to finish the job. They charged me three times what Mr.
Smith quoted.
So, I'm guessing Mr. Smith realized they had underbid and decided to just not call me back to finish.
Hired this company to repair a shower and two sinks. Took my $65 initial fee and never returned my calls.

- - Home warranty arranged clog service; technician spent 30 seconds, shined a flashlight, couldn't retrieve the clog, and charged $45.
this is the most worthless company I have seen. Our home warranty contacted them to come and clear a clog at our house the guy they sent out spent 30 seconds at our house and shined his flashlight down our shower drain and said he couldn't retrieve the clog item.
then he charged me $45 and left. the guy even had my wife make the check out to him, not Mr Smith home repair do not use these people they are a scam.
All he wanted is $45. when I got home from work I went outside and saw there is a clean out within 2 feet of the clog
