Haven't received my soulmate sketch drawing

I havent received any calls back when Ive requested a call because I havent received my soul mate sketch it was supposed to of been here within 24 hours its now nearly 2 days!! Ive been told to make sure its the right email address ossiated with the account and I have and it is. I have paid and still nothing. The only thing I have received is a sketch drawing off myself which is not what I paid for I paid for a SOUL mate sketch. Can you ring me on my number which I have provided as will be taking this up higher if it doesnt get solved by today. Thank you
