Resolved: Doesn't Pay The Complete Service Bill, After Services were Provided

They paid the invoice, finally, and I would like to remove this review of them, due to working out our issues mutually.I will be sending in a retraction of this Review altogether to be removed. I understand it takes a couple of weeks to complete the process. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

1 Julia Hahn, called for Refrigeration Services. 2. Jay & Julia, said their WI Freezer and 2 Walk In Coolers were not working, the Fans, the Ice Machine, 3 door Work Station Prep Table. and one exhaust hood Motor. 3. Found: Someone had disconnected and hooked up their electrical power to the fans in the Walk In Coolers and Freezer. First Red Flag there, thought someone didn't pay their bill. 4. Ignored that, and Continued, the Fans were all working except One, in the Main WI Cooler. Removed and Replaced it. 5. The 3 Walk Ins were low on Freon, Recharged them, They were R22 Freon Units. 6. Took a day and a half to do the work, discounted him to do the work to make it affordable for being a new customer. 7. Jay Hahn, then took over the business discussions, Julia disappeared. Jay pretended he couldn't speak english and Julia did too at first, another Red Flag for customers who act like they don't understand anything to later use to deny having to pay bill for services rendered. 8. So, thought I better collect on repairing the walk in coolers and walk in freezers and electrical problem, before proceeding further do any work. 9. Jay Hahn, Said, he wasn't going to pay the bill in full, and thought it was only worth less than the bill, and that is all he was going to pay. and wouldn't sign the invoice and said you got your money. 10. Found out they have several aliases and do this all the time to many different people they call for service. also, found out a former supply house was shorted by them as well or ripped off. same difference. They seem to have experience in theft of services
