Three years ago, MrMowItAll was exceptional but, unfortunately, the business has grown too large to handle efficiently. Jason, the owner, used to be on top of everything and a pleasure to work with.
Problems were solved immediately. Now, I can't even get them to return my calls or emails. My grass is covered in weeds, is burned from over fertilizing and hasn't greened up after spring fertilization. When I did get through after weeks of trying, Jason promised a next day appointment and no one came.
When I complained about the service, he told me to get a new lawn service.
So I did. You should, too.

Mow It All was rude to me and my neighbor. All he did was comment on why our lawns looked bad... He assured me at the time he gave a quote that he could make my lawn look great & give us advice on how we can make our lawns look good. Far from it!!!
My yard is still full of weeds, bugs & looks just awful!

Horrible customer service. From receptionists that have no knowledge of the business, or act that way; that don't provide any information regarding complaints.
Delayed call backs, shotty workmanship. Lie about schedule changes and informing clientele about reschedules. Offer compensation for paid services, but neglect to follow through. Mr.
Mow It All is shiet! Look for local services from independents, much cheaper, and far more dedicated, and committed.
The comments are accurate. Jason might be the greatest guy in the world but his employees are terrible and disrespectful.
