Mr Mechanical Heating System Repair Review from Ashburn, Virginia
-The following is my opinion- The first experience with them included a staffer who had a cigerette in his mouth in my home, and other unprofesional behaviors. The owner pleaded to come out and check things himself..."found nothing wrong". A month or so after the warranty passed (90 or so days after the earlier visit), problems again...again there was a water related issue.....now the furnace was condemned and replaced by the warranty company after I had to freeze for a week until the item was replaced. MR Mechanical then chose to charge , I mean gouge for noncovered services sich as $150.00 to provide a small flex connector which costs about $15.00 retail, $150.00 for s short length of pvc, and a wopping $300.00 for another piece ov pvc! They also tried to get me to give them $500.00 for an additional repkacement part...which was not malfunctioning!!!! When I questioned the supervisor about the price being unreasonably high, he said I needed to call the office and speak to the boss, but he was in the field and only "the girl" was there now...and that he only takes cash or check....Well guess what, the man in front of me was Ron,who was the owner....if as an owner, you are proud of your work and confident you were fair as well as ethical you would step up and not play that type of game....I would suggest using anyone but MR Mechanical..

Poor customer service
I called them for a preventive maintenance of my heat pump on last week. Their technician checked inside unit coil and out side unit coil and said it is clean. He used a gauge for checking cooling and Freon pressure and also based on some calculations he made on his own way said everything is perfect . And gave me a written report that the unit is cooling. The next couple of days including the service day it was not hot and hence there was no chance to observe the performance of A/C. but later on I found that the unit is not cooling less than 82F. I called them for an inspection but they said they do not have any kind of obligation on their work done during preventive maintenance. They further said , If I make another service call for the problem they may send a technician after couple of days and hanged up the phone. I am not upset about losing of my money, but they were very rude to hear a customer complaint and doesn't show any respect to a customer.

MR MECHANICAL OWES FINAL WAGES
OWNERS RON AND MARY TZINSKI OF MR MECHANICAL DO NOT FEEL THE NEED TO PAY ME MY FINAL WAGES SINCE I QUIT WORKING FOR THEM. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO A FORMER EMPLOYEE THAT ALSO QUIT THEM, SHE CALLED EVERY WEEK TRING TO GET WHAT WAS OWED TO HER. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PENNSYLVANIA DEPT OF LABOR, WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS, I FEEL THEY DID NOT LOOK INTO THIS BETTER, THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER, TAKE IT IN FRONT OF A JUDGE AND HE CAN DECIDE WHOSE TELLING THE TRUTH. SINCE I CANT AFFORD A LAWYER, THEY GET AWAY WITH NOT PAYING ME!
