Recently , but now several ocassions I...
- - The restaurant refused service on several visits, saying they were too busy.
- - The grill was cleaned for the night, so no cooking.
Recently, on several occasions, I have entered Mr. Hero on Lake Ave.
in Elyria, Ohio, and I have been turned down. They would not take my order. These times were during the normal business hours as posted online and on the business door.
I was told they were too busy to take any orders, they were backed up with orders and would not take any more, and that they had cleaned the grill for the night and would not cook on it anymore. I do not believe this is a good way to conduct business and maintain good customer relations.
