Poor customer service
- - Two fuel keg propane tanks last year had faulty bleed valves; a known issue, and now the valves fail again with the company denying responsibility.
Last year I purchased several of the fuel keg propane tanks. 2 of the new tanks had faulty bleed valves and the tech said this was a known issue. Now approximately 1 year later I am having the same issue with the bleed valves and they are denying they had problems and not wanting to stand behind their product.

Hello Robert, It sounds like you may have activated a safety device on the hose. There is an excess flow device located inside the fitting that screws into the LP tank.
That safety device is supposed to protect the user in case the hose ever has a leak. That safety device can sometimes become activated the first time you use a freshly filled LP tank. Sometimes the fresh LP tanks are overfilled, and the first time the tank is opened, gas can surge out very quickly, acting just like the hose has a leak. To reset this device, simply disconnect the hose from the LP tank, then reconnect the hose to the LP.
This time when you open the LP tank, open the tank very slowly until the *** stops turning. This should restore proper operation to the heater.
