Mr. Guidon - Late and Poor Quality

We ordered a guidon from Mr. Guidon (www.mrguidon.com). The specification were very clear and included pictures. First, he forgot about our order and was a month late. When we finally received the product we all laughed. It was terrible quality - truly bad - embarassingly bad. A guidon is essentially a flag with two points. It's specific to the military. He didn't give us a guidon, he gave us a sheet of fabric laid behind matting that was cut in the shape of a guidon. The fram itself was terrible quality - they type of thing a kid would buy to put a poster in. Also, there was no way to hang the frame. The stiching was rudimentary, uneven with ragged gaps. We've had to start over, and with another company.
