Bad policy

I purchased a can of chewing tobacco the attending clerk accidentally rang up at the wrong chewing tobacco. Meanwhile, I have not left the counter and she stated to me that she had to do a refund on the purchase, but your policy states that there are no return on tobacco.

OK well in this situation, it should be considered a simple human error not only was I in the gas station for 10 minutes when I needed to be somewhere she had to ask her manager about it, and her manager was not wanting to do the refund she said she had to ask her boss I can see this policy being in place when somebody walks into the store wanting to exchange. I was merely a customer who was given the wrong product when I picked up the product and noticed it was wrong mentioned it to the clerk thats how all this began. There should be some exceptions, like in this case, the manager spoke with someone on the phone they said they could do it. This one time me being the consumer.

I am not satisfied with that answer if I walk back into the store and this happens again am I going to be denied that will be a problem , I clearly spoke what I wanted with that being said your clerk at the end of the day is a human and people make mistakes. I was not upset at her however I did become upset at your manager for store 3324 in Villa Ridge, Missouri. I do hope that someone in this company can figure out a way to fix this because Im sure that this has happened before I was starting to feel like I was going to have to purchase another can of chew if I wanted the chew, I asked for extremely bothered by this, especially considering the fact that here I am writing this message taking more time out of my personal time. This should not happen.

I truly believe you put policies in place for a reason, but there should be some exceptions that should be taught to your managers and employees I want to express the employee that made the minor mistake should not be held accountable or reprimanded whatsoever.

She made a simple mistake and thats how I see it however, with the way the manager dealt with it, she seem to be agitated and upset about it. I hope we have a positive outcome with all of this .

Customer Service at Mr. Fuel on Harding St. in Indianapolis

The employees are incredibly lazy. The bathrooms are always filthy.

On two occasions, they were out of soap. Yet, the employees would go back to work after using the bathroom, preparing and serving food. There is trash everywhere. Someone puts their personal touches on green beans, resulting in garlic overkill.

Signs are displayed, claiming they will prepare fresh food, but they never do when asked. The food that is already prepared and sitting in warmers, is so old that you are afraid to eat it. This is a travel center. Most people will leave with their food and don't have the opportunity to go back and get a refund.

They most certainly would not offer fresh food instead. There are lazy employees and poor management. Please address these issues. I work up the street.

Just a few short years ago, this was my favorite truck stop. Thank you in advance for any consideration and resolution regarding these matters.

Poor customer service

They charged my credit card a pre authorization fee of 151.00 for fuel .When I called about it nobody can give an answer as to why they charge this much .My credit card company also said it was a lot for a company to charge that amount .I will never purchase fuel from them again.

The manager was racist, charged me for a shower then would not refund my money because the person that gave me a ride up there he allegedly claims stole something but yet he could not provide any truth, then proceeded with racial slurs and comments such as cracker and redneck. This is ridiculous, I'm a local and I spend money in there every day has I proceeded to ask for his name all he would give me is ( Joey )and said I didn't need to know the rest. stay away from this sad excuse for a business!!!

At the mr fuel in harding street there is a young lady who is very rude and hateful to everyone she comes in contact with. I do not know her name because she will not tell me but she is about 5'7 and has blonde hair.

She works the grave yard shift over there and i was not very pleased by her serivce to me at all.

She was arguing with some man who was standing by the counter i don't know if he was a customer or not but she was screaming at him and when i asked for my cigs she snaped at me and told me to hold the *** on. Now ive been a driver for a very long time now going on 28 years and this was the worst customer service i have ever gotten and i want her to be fired because she is rude and i will not tollerate that.

This used to be a good stop. Now the rude no brain employees have ruined it! I own 34 trucks. All of my trucks fuel at this specific location every single day.

As of today ive ordered ALL of my trucks to stops using pilot and/or mr fuel until further notice!

I asked for a pizza that was in the case. Violet the manager said she couldnt sell it to me cause it shouldve been removed 50 mins ago. She made me wait till another one was made. Took 20 mins because the person who was supposed to make it forgot.

Same manager rang me up and used all my points then said "yeah sorry you dont have any points now"...if i wanted to use my points i wouldve told her

I look in the box and theres only one piece of pizza. I ordered and paid for two. When i asked for the second piece a girl named tammy got *** and said "i dont know what your problem is you need to quit ***". Violet told her to go away. I told violet i wanted number for corporate. She told me that "tammy didnt say anything at all and i needed to leave"...the corporate number tammy gave me was wrong number...it was a number to a credit card company.

Tammy reappeared and said "you need to take your crackerass outta here"...keep in mind that tammy is white as well!!!

I gave my credit card to violet so i could fuel my truck and she said "no sorry you dont buy fuel here anymore" and refused to sell me fuel.

I told manager that my trucks will not fuel there again and that ill be reporting her and she said "thats fine i still get paid".

So until mr. Fuel or pilot contacts me with proof that these two worthless employees are disciplined, my trucks will not buy fuel at mr fuel, pilot, or flying j.
