Refund very poor

I bought pizza on the 25th of February and they double charged me. I contacted them straight away and then they refunded the money, it has been nearly a week and I still haven't received the money into my bank account. They send me an email on Monday to say I will receive my money within 24 hours it's been more than 2 days later and I'm still waiting. I think this is very poor service for a public business. I'm not very happy with the service. I have sent 3 emails and haven't received any response from them to say what is the problem. I just want to inform people to be careful with regards to similar situation. Thanks Deirdre Oberholzer
