Guy man handled my mirror and broke it. He forced my mirror inwards. Talked to manager with no resolution.

Requested 4 choices of detailing which should have been $325 and paid for an additional misc option cleaning of fender wells paid $75 should have been $400

Cashier B informed me I did not qualify for the discount?

I scheduled appointment day before (5-10-23) and was told 2-4 hours. Dropped vehicle off at 11:10 on (5-11-23)I returned 3 hrs later and observed the cleaning of my vehicle, the individual working on my vehicle was called to assist on other vehicles arriving for finishing touches and left my vehicle causing me to wait for 6 hours in total cleaning time

He did an excellent job on my vehicle.

It is a problem with my charge and the attitude of the cashier. Would not give me my cost until job completed and then over charged me.
