Chimney company didn't show up when they were scheduled to

My insurance co. is requiring me to have my wood stove inspected by a certified chimney co. I called Mr Chimney in New Rochelle, NY. They scheduled me for Thursday Feb 27. When I returned home from work the night before ( Wed Feb 26) They had left a "sorry we missed you" note on my door. I called them and the girl (her name was Andera) was very snotty and insisted they had scheduled me for the 26th and she had even called me the night before to confirm. NO WAY theye was no message from them on my machine. They reschuled me for today, Tuesday March 4. I took off from work and waired for them to come. By 2:30 I was getting a little angey and called them. Andera was once again very snotty and told me their man had been at my house and nobody was home. I told her I WAS here all day and had even left the front door open and my truck was in the driveway. She told me the man had called my phone when he was in my driveway (why noy knock on the door??) She or the man is a liar. I recieven no calls all morning. She told me that I was a problem customer at which time I told her to stick it, I would get another company to do the inspection. They will be coming next Thursday, march 15. That means another lost day at work and the wages that go with it. This has now cost me over $400 in lost wages between today and next week when the new company is coming.

Chimney service didn't show up then lied to me

My insurance company is requiring me to have my wood stove inspected by a licensed chimney inspector. I called them to come and do the inspection. They told me someone would come to do it on Thursday Feb 27. When I got gome from work on Wednesday Feb 26 they had left a "sorry we missed you" note on my door. When I called them the girl insisted that I had been scheduled for Wed. not Thu. and she had called my phone the night before and left a message, there was no messahe from them on my machine. They rescheduled me for Tuesday March 4. I took off from work and waited all day for them to come. By 2:30 I was getting preyyt angry so I called them. The girl, who was very snotty told me the man had been at my house and nobody was home. I told her I WAS home and had even left the front door open. She then told me the man had called my phone from my driveway. No way, I didn't gey any calls all day. She then got even snottier telling me that I had become a problem. That's when I told her to stick it and I would find someone else to inspect the chimney. Now I will have to miss another day of work and lose the pay. Missing today and Thursday of next week when the new chimney company is coming has cost me over $400 in lost wages.

i am the owner of mr chimney in new rochelle ny our service team was on site left our brochure and a note that no one was home we had tried to reschedule and had no success my office staff said there was a language issue we work very hard at making our clients happy Howie "mr chimney " martin
