Had very bad experience with Employee at Mr. Car in Naraina
Today I visited at Mr. Car, Naraina outlet where I entered directly through two wheeler.
One of the employee was shouted like animal and told that two wheeler is not allowed inside. At the same time another employee came and started shouting once again. I said that I was not aware that vehicles are not allowed but you should talk to people respectfully. At the same time Mr.
Vikas employee of Mr. Car said that you close the gate we will let them know that what is their problem. Undersigned it self belongs to naraina and this was my first visit as I wanted to by another car but the experience which I had today is horrible. Same was personally informed by self on this number -+91 9811* 13867.

Mr. Car LLC knowingly sold me a car that was in bad conditions.
The owner and alls folks from this company treat you like you are ignorant.to buy this car in this dealer had been an nigthmare....the nisan murano i bougth had been more time in their mechanic shop then the road...i'm so tired to be waiting for them to fix the problem,and they said the sounds cracking is normal,cause the nissan is awd,and the nissan dealer diagnostic it's totally diferent history....
I purchased a car and two weeks later the car began making sounds, I took the car in for repairs on at least 4 occasions. I spoke to all of the Reps including the owner Daniel and they just brush me off, they now the system.
They knowingly sell people bad cars. The car cannot be repaired, they told me an SUV makes sounds because of the AWD. I took the car to a Nissan dealer so that it can get hooked up to the diagnostic machine and the car is without repair.
They refuse to even talk to me now. I complained with BBB, want my money back.

Para todos los latinos que piensan comprar auto en mr.car no se lo recomiendo a nadie este es el peor dealer que hay a todos los latinos les financian *** tax id para engañarlos para venderles basura, no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni a mi peor enemigo nunca vayan a este dealer si van antes de comprar vayan al taller R2R es de ellos mismos y se daran cuenta cuanta gente hay alli *** los mismos problemas parece como si fuera una pesadilla .

They are the worse ever trust me they sell lemons for sure the body of the vehicles look good but underneath the hood you will find so many issues . I purchased from them and only had my car for two weeks before Major work needed to be done I'm still fighting for the fake warranty they offer to cover repairs .. If you want buy don't go there

Don't Waste your time with Daniel or this Dealership
I recently purchased a vehicle. I Dealt with Mr.
Daniel, a slick talker, shady, and can't be trusted. If you decide to purchase, have the vehicle inspected and make sure to obtain a maintenance warranty for the trouble ahead. Also keep in mind, these guys will remove parts from one car on the lot to another car in order to make a sale. If you have a trade, take it somewhere else, like CARMAX..
These guys are natural predators against the Latino community. Looks can be deceiving. I traded in my car, and now its for sale at Mr. Car LLC, and as the second owner, I will tell you that my vehicle is all polished up, but underneath its a wreck.
A ton of issues are wrong with the vehicle. A few things that I know Mr. Car will not fix. If you drive this vehicle, the heat from the engine will radiate to the cab, and if it hot the temperature inside the vehicle will rise to 120 degrees.
I made have purchased, but at lease I have insurance that covers just about everything. Here's the deal, don't buy without a maintenance plan, you're be sorry if you did. Choose wisely, and work the best possible deal for you. On the opposite site of the spectrum, the maintenance warranty company is also loosing money by allowing this dealership to place the bulk of the repair costs against the maintenance warranty carrier.
For example, if you purchase a car with a maintenance plan, Mr. Car LLC will automatically dropped their 30 day coverage simple because you have purchased of your new maintenance warranty plan. Again, another slick move by Mr.
Daniel who made it clear that they drop their warranty if the customer purchases a maintenance plan from AUL used car coverage. So, in essence, now they are taking advantage of the maintenance warranty carrier by placing and enforcing them to make repairs within the thirty day window after purchase.
They knowing sold me a car with a bad transmission

They prey on people who cannot get tradional auto finance and sell car with high mileage and over inflated prices. I was sold a 2002 Ford Explorer in Jan 2010 that they toted as being a great car since it was a 1 owner and accident free car. I feel for their ***. I put $3000 down on this car that had well over 100,000 miles on it.
(I thought that I was doing that right thing by my kids getting a "reliable" car). Well not even 8 mths later the transmission goes out and it gonna cost $3000 to replace. When I take it to the shop they tell me that the transmission casing has been some how glued back together. Which signaled to them that someone knowingly did this in the hopes to resale it.
Well I guess I was the sucker that got it. I put the car in the shop in Sept but because I had to keep renting a car to get my children back and forth to school (at the time we lived about 30 miles away from their school) and I had to go to work. With me having to keep renting cars it became nearly impossible for me to pay for the rental car and the car note. I let Daniel, the owner, know what my struggles were.
Everytime I called and told those people what was going on they gave me hassles. I had a verble agreement with Daniel the owner to defer the payments until everything was sorted out. So on November 27th, two months after it was put in the shop I save enough money to pay the deposit of $1000 needed to get the truck out of the shop. On Dec 2nd, Mr.
Car comes and reposed the car AFTER I had a agreement with the owner. I call them and of course they talk all fo this *** to me and say that they don't know of any agreement and of course when I try and reach Daniel they say he isn't there. So they tell me that they waited on purpose for me to ge the car fixed so that they didn't have to and that I need to pay them $1095 in order to get the car back. Don't think so...I have already reported them to the BBB, FTC and have made appeals to all of my local area news papers.
According to an attorney that I contacted I have a legal case against them and that is my next plan of action. These people need to be stopped because who knows how many others they have done this to and they just accepted it laying down.
Well not me!! I gonna be the first to bring them to justice!!
