Awful and unprofessional company. Poor time management, mishandled my items and broke my items and fobbed me off

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever used.
It is a SCAM. All other services will quote you a full and fixed price. These nimrods will make it seem cheaper than it is, then add hidden costs later. They also will charge you for 5 hours (minimum) even after turning up 3 hours late for a 1 hour job.
If you try to reason with them or ask too many questions, someone called "Bob" (real name Bonat Dauda) will shout over you and threaten you over the phone.
"We know where you live". Horrible experience gave me PTSD. Not to mention, they arrived 3 hours late so I did most of the lifting myself.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! You're better off accepting an honest and fixed quote, or you may live to regret it, as I did.
I really hope this prevents someone the prolonged stress, when you should be celebrating your move.

The worst movers I've used in UK
- - They charged nearly double the quoted price.
- - They promised 5 hours but took 10 and were late.
- - They damaged the fridge/freezer and a bag is missing.
They forced us to pay almost double of what they had quoted /we'd agreed to. They said the whole thing would be finished in 5 hours, they actually took 10 hours.
They arrived late. They damaged our fridge freezer, and we are yet to get one of our bags.
We did call them on the day of move . The person from their side, who said he's the manager was very rude.
We called atleast 4 to 5 times, he was not ready to let us talk even. Very bad experience, we feel cheated.
