I purchased lights in May 2020. They stopped working in December 2020. I contacted HSN who I purchased the lights from. They informed me that the lights were still under warranty and to call Mr. Beam at 1(87*) ******* which there was no answer, but I left a message the voicemail was full. I contacted HSN again and obtained an email address for Mr. Beam. The email address is www.customerservice@***m. I received a return e-mail, and they replied with a low battery, sensor protocol. We replaced the batteries and followed the sensor and drainage problem that didn't solve this problem. I ask for a full refund and informed the company that my daughter who also purchased for her security is not working either. I asked for a refund after their reluctance to replace the lights that are under warranty until May 2021. Their reply was they can't refund lights that was not purchased with their company Mr. Beams, but they will replace a unit that are faulty under this warranty. Quote:The big issue is that there are no recalls or known issue with the lights which means it is impossible to have multiple units all faulty. I replied these issues didn't apply in this case. I asked if they are going to honor their warranty on these products Netbright MBN391. What's the next step? There's been no correspondence since February 10, 2021.
